- Each additional person is $20.00 per night.
The entire house is centrally
air-conditioned. All rooms have cable television and high-speed wi-fi internet is available. Breakfast is served in
the dining room from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekdays and from
8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekends, or on the patio during the summer
months if you wish. Children twelve and over are welcome. Pets are
not allowed. The interior of the house is a smoke-free environment,
however smoking is permitted on the porches, patios and gardens.
- The inn is available for small private parties, meetings, weddings
and receptions of up to thirty, with seating accommodations for groups of
up to ten in the dining room. Larger groups can be accommodated
outdoors in the garden area. Please inquire about hourly rates and
information regarding area caterers, etc.
- Gift certificates are available.
- Due to the limited number of rooms, the
following cancellation policy applies:
If a reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, the deposit is refunded.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
- In the event of no-shows or early checkouts, a
full night's rate will be charged.
